1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Befordee City ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the befordee.city website and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

7. Indemnification

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
